• All payments made at any stage are Non-refundable.
• Any product received damaged or defective at the time of delivery or it doesn’t match the specifications, Plan Homes shall replace the product if we are unable to mend it.
• Customised and made-to-order furniture pieces including Modular kitchen and wardrobes purchased from Plan Homes cannot be returned or cancelled.
• Any non-manufacturing defects and damages post receiving delivery are not valid for returns or replacements

Replacement request shall be accepted under the following conditions only:

• All products must be returned unused with their original price tags and labels.
• The original invoice must be presented upon returning the merchandise.
• Our quality assurance team will inspect all returned items within 72 hours of the request. Only when it passes our standard quality assurance test, will we be able to process the return.
